Red Arrow Real Estate comes from a dream. Owner Kristin Burkart had worked for other major real estate companies, but felt that her ideas for unique marketing, client service and a modern approach to real estate were missing in the current market. So, like most great businesses, Red Arrow started to form over some late night basement brainstorming … and some good ol’ Wisconsin craft beer, of course.

We maximize flexibility in the home buying or selling process, building off our experience and practice in the industry. Our customers feel comfortable we’re giving each individual the best care. So, why the name Red Arrow? Kristin wanted a name that not only had a personal meaning but also had a tie to the community. Kristin was a soldier in the “Red Arrow” 32nd Brigade for nine years. The 32nd Red Arrow Brigade is a legendary National Guard Brigade that played pivotal roles in both World Wars and even in the recent conflicts in the Middle East. The 32nd Brigade Memorial Highway (HWY 32) happens to run right through the heart of Ozaukee County, and along the southeastern shoreline of Lake Michigan. That is why there are red arrows beside the “32” on all the highway signs (you just had an ah-ha moment, didn’t’ you).

Kristin Burkart

I have called Wisconsin home my whole life and have lived in Cedarburg since 2007. I have an advertising degree from UWM and worked in that field until 2009 when I decided to work in real estate full time. My husband and I invest in rental properties so it was a natural switch, combining 2 things I know very well, marketing and homes.

Real estate transactions can be mine fields and I am an expert at navigating them. My goal is to get you to the other side unscathed, happy and safe. I know selling and buying a home can be scary, it can be emotional and it might also be your largest financial investment. My job is to take care of you and your needs so you can move forward with your dreams.

I’m a mom, a proud cop wife, an Iraq War Veteran and a die-hard Packer fan.  My husband and I live in Cedarburg with our 2 daughters, elderly cat and crazy border collie-lab mix. When I’m not working I’m usually running with my dog, volunteering or planning our next getaway to the Upper Peninsula.

I joined Red Arrow in 2016 and have enjoyed being a part of the company’s growth and development. Growing up in Ozaukee County and being a Cedarburg resident for the last 14 years has given me vast knowledge of our local communities and everything the offer to residents. Nothing brings me more joy than watching a deal come together for a client. I pride myself on treating others as I would want to be treated; with honesty and integrity, while working together to sell their current home or helping them purchase their dream home.

My goal has always been to make someone feel more comfortable in their home. I believe that interior design and real estate are natural partners, and I would be there for every step of the process; from searching, to listing and staging, and even assisting you with finding the right people to help you care for your new home.
